Job Description:

AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Erstellung von Fertigungs- und Fertigungsmittelkonzepten (inkl. logistische Anbindung) nach wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten für einen eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmenden Aufgabenbereich
• Erstellung, Modifikation und Pflege von Fertigungs- und Fertigungsmittelplänen

• Fertigungsmittel- und Sonderfertigungsmittelplanung (Beauftragung, Finanzierung, Verwaltung und Controlling)
• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse im Bereich
• Koordination von Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP) im Hinblick auf Kosten, Termine und Qualität
• Veranlassung von Fertigungsversuchen sowie deren Auswertung zwecks Optimierung von Fertigungsverfahren und Fertigungsabläufen
• Spezifizieren und Beauftragung von Bauteilen gemäß Arbeitspaketaufteilung zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten und vollständigen Komponentenlieferung an unseren Kunden
• Koordination bei Fertigungsproblemen zwischen Fertigung und Konstruktion
• Mitwirkung an Fertigungskonzepten zur RC- und NRC-Kalkulation und RATIO-Maßnahmen
• Ermittlung und Umsetzung von Cost Improvement Maßnahmen
• Änderungskoordination der produktionsrelevanten Fertigungs- und Verfahrensvorschriften
• Mitarbeit in Projekten

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

• Dipl. Ing., Bachelor, Techniker, Meister im Bereich Maschinenbau/Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Gute Kenntnisse der Produktionsprozesse, ggf. Erfahrungen in der Arbeitsvorbereitung
• DV-Kenntnisse (Google Workspace, MS-Office, SAP/R3, Grundkenntnisse Catia V5)
• Fachkenntnisse in der Einzelteilfertigung
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Selbstständigkeit
• Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
