Summary of the role:
You carry out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work on site at the customer in Germany, occasionally also abroad (worldwide).

You mainly look after our mechatronic pumps/pump systems from your home office. (e.g. "SIHIdry" / "SIHIboost") throughout Germany.
Tasks:
- Willingness to work in the field, mainly throughout Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide)
- Occasional, supporting repair work in the Troisdorf service workshop
- Carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work
- Analysis or error diagnosis and elimination of faults
- Creation of work reports such as maintenance logs, commissioning logs
- Willingness to participate in on-call services
Profile:
- You have completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician or similar
- Ideally, you can already demonstrate professional experience in a comparable position
- Good PC and MS Office skills
- Suitability as a breathing apparatus wearer according to G26 II
- Category B driver's license
- Good English knowledge
- High quality awareness, independent work, commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation
