Your impactful role
- Analyze contracts and identify risk exposure of MakerVerse
- Administration and enhancement of MakerVerse's contract database
- Analyze and track conformity of T&Cs with suppliers and customers
- Support MakerVerse's NDA and compliance process
- Prepare negotiations and work directly with CFO of MakerVerse
- Prepare legal decision making to improve current T&Cs and reduce risks of MakerVerse
Your profile
- You are currently studying a degree in law
- You have first professional or entrepreneurial experience in a legal area or at least knowledge of handling legal documents
- You are a team player and have the ability to collaborate successfully on a common vision
- You have an intrinsic motivation to learn and a willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
- At least fluent language skills, both written and oral in German and English
