Bouygues Energies & Services actively participates in the grid Reinforcement and reorganisation of the German electrical Network. Bouygues Energies & Services builds or rehabilitates very-high-voltage power lines and is a worlwide actor in Photovoltaic farms.

To support our development and growth in Germany, we are looking as soon as possible at our location in Munich for you as

Your Accountabilities:

• Establishing a sustainable purchasing organization for our activities in Germany
• You will report to the T&D purchasing department of Bouygues Energies & Services based in Paris, France
• Application of all procurement processes: Requirements and market analysis, purchasing strategy, sourcing/qualification, consultation-negotiation-contract, supplier relationship management
• Responsibility to comply with the procurement fundamentals and guidelines of the group
• Definition and management of an operational procurement roadmap
• Ensuring the reporting of the procurement performance
• Carrying out tenders and negotiation of the best economic and operational conditions
• Controlling and monitoring contractual risks, including those related to health & safety, ethics, human rights, environment, economical, logistic, quality and cyber security
• Preparation of contract documents and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors
• Identification, enhancement, and evaluation of the panel of suppliers and subcontractors
• Conducting social audits for strategical suppliers and subcontractors and following financial reports
• Contribution to the CSR & low carbon roadmap and promotion of good CSR practices
• Following qualification processes with our clients
• Working on strategic developments like for underground cables, temporary overhead line, etc.
• Next to T&D, you’re in close collaboration with the solar procurement team
• For our activities in the field of solar in Germany you contribute to the roll out of a procurement strategy
• You will be in close collaboration with our project managers in Germany and the project management office in Franc

Et si c'était vous ?

Your Profile:

• You have an initial experience as buyer in the successfully implementation of effective purchasing processes which you would like to bring in a worldwide group with a fast-growing, future oriented business
• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a technical field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function in the field of purchasing
• Knowledge of MS-Office, SAP would be a plus
• Very good communication and networking skills in a cross-divisional, intercultural environment, good relational quality
• Strong service spirit, good ability to listen and high responsiveness
• Passion for improvement and new solutions, technical adeptness, dynamism
• High motivation for the analysis and improvement of processes combined with curiosity for finding innovative solutions

• 
  Full proficiency in German and fluent in English, French would be a plus

• 
  Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and Europe
